My main scientific interests are the molecular mechanisms underlying social interaction and different neurodevelopmental disorders. More specifically, I am interested in the precise mechanisms of local translation and compartmentalized signaling in the central nervous system, in their involvement in social behavior, and in the potential therapeutical targets which could be used to relieve social interaction deficits.
