All of my work focuses on G protein coupled receptors (GPCRs) and the characterization of their functional and pharmacological properties.I studied the receptors for lutropin (LH), serotonin (5-HT4), melatonin (MT1 / MT2).
Currently, I am interested in oxytocin and vasopressin receptors in relation to social interactions. I have experience in pharmacology, in the analysis of signaling pathways induced by activation of GPCRs, with antibodies modulating the function of these receptors as well as with biased ligands.
